SHIPPING POLICY

We Kent Baller, try to provide with the most efficient and safe methods of shipping. Bellow is listed the way we do so on the terms of shipping.

WHEN DO WE SHIP?

We usually ship between the next 2-4 days after purchase, and would be delivered between 3-4 working days from there. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 some shipments to certain areas around the UK and outside of the UK will take longer.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

UK, EU, NORTH AMERICA, and other specific countries, please email before purchase for enquiry if your designated country or region is not mentioned at Kent Baller. If we believe that for example it is too risky to send a parcel to a certain country or area because the mail system has no trace and track or no appropriate parcel handling measures, we do reserve the right to refuse sale based on difficulties and risks of shipping. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
                                                                              
We ship using a double box to protect the original shoe box, we also use the royal mail service of track and trace to provide the best and safest options for our clients. We use the clients name and address for delivery.  Please not if there is an issue with correspondence please ensure that the name on the parcel is the person who contacts us via email.

RATES TO SHIP?

Within the UK, rates start from 7.00GBP, subject to vary depending on size and weight.

Within the EU, rates start from 16.00GBP, subject to vary depending on size and weight, please note that islands that are part of the EU but not of the mainland, for example Mallorca in Spain will have a different price.

Outside of the EU (US, SOUTH AMERICA, MIDDLE EAST, ASIA) please note that a a specific price cannot be set as a starting point as these prices will vary over distance, weight and size. For enquiries on prices for these destinations please email at contact@kentballer.com

HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER WHEN IT IS SHIPPED?

A tracking number will be provided, for example if it is royal mail, the tracking number on the receipt will be made available to you on dispatch so you can trace the parcel on the royal mail website. In the event that a company that is not royal mail is used please see the designated companies tracking website.

WHAT ARE WE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR?

We take full responsibility of any that occurs with the parcel in our hands. What is meant by this is that the parcel is our responsibility from the moment you purchase online until it is dispatched. Once it is in the hands of the Royal Mail it is not our responsibility anymore.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL GETS LOST?

In the rare event that a parcel gets lost please follow these steps to use your time valuably and efficiently while we reply to you that the parcel is lost and what to do.

  1. Check your local royal mail depot.
  2. Search for your parcel on the royal mail website track and trace.
  3. Get in contact with royal mail disputes.
  4. Email us on contact@kentballer.com to keep us updated with what steps you have taken and how we can help.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

As mentioned previously if a parcel does get lost or you do not receive please follow the necessary steps as mentioned above to try and find it. p DO NOTE THAT IF A PARCEL GETS THAT IS NOT IN OUR HANDS IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COURIER OR MAIL SERVICE TO COMPENSATE YOU NOT US.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL GETS DAMAGED?

As mentioned, all parcels are double boxed to protect the contents within the box which makes the risks of damaging the parcel low. HOWEVER, if a parcel gets damaged outside of our control, in other words in the courier service or in transit it is NOT our responsibility to compensate you.
